Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Review our visiting hours and polices page for visitor hours.

If you have a compliment, complaint, or other issue which you believe requires resolution, please contact one of our patient representatives. They can be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm at (205) 933-8101:

Former Prisoners of War

Our Former Prisoners of War Advocate can provide special assistance to former POWs. Contact Jeff Hester at 205-558-4744, or visit room 9130 in the medical center.

Compensation and Pension

To speak with someone in compensation and pension, call the Medical Center at (205) 933-8101 then ask operator to transfer you.

Release of Information

If you need to get information from your medical records, please contact our Release of Information Office.
